**Job Description**:
You'll integrate our Facilities team and will actively participate in keeping the Support Services high standard of service delivery up by maintaining the physical access rights to IQ-EQ buildings and managing the office supplies from A to Z.

You will also actively participate in any desk and furniture management related tasks and will be responsible for the tasks related to building management and printer management such as, but not limited to ordering, replacing and recycling of toner.

The role also entails pool cars management with keeping the IQ-EQ pool cars in good order and execute any related task in relation to this like schedule cleanings, maintenances, tire changes.

We are looking for a pleasant and warm personality with a hands-on can-do attitude to integrate this very friendly team. Strong communication skills are also a must and we are specifically looking for a team player who is able to build strong relationships with colleagues.

**Qualifications**:

- Basic knowledge MS Officer tools, Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Good English and French language skills
- Flexibility and team-player are key requirements
- Hands-on attitude
- Mechanical skills, experience in working with tools is considered an asset
