Get ready to step into the vibrant world of Real Estate For our Property Management department, we're currently looking for a Property Accountant. The Property Accountant is responsible for the financial management and (financial) reporting of a portfolio of buildings for third party investors: mainly office buildings, warehouses and shopping centers.

He/she will keep the IT data management system up to date to guarantee a qualitative and efficient financial management for our clients, mostly professional, institutional, and international real estate players.

**What’s in it for you?**
- Support the Property Managers in financial and administrative matters
- Implementation of financial management procedures and controls
- Implementing and using an IT data management system (Property V4, Yardi,...)
- Updating the database in the IT data management system (rental contracts,...)
- Keeping the accounts (booking invoices AP/AR), VAT declaration, invoicing,...
- Booking of bank statements and credit control
- Drawing up financial and administrative reports (internal and external)
- Invoicing of rents, common charges and taxes
- Settlement of common charges and taxes
- Preparation of payments

**Let’s talk about you**
- Higher economic / financial education: Bachelor Accounting, Bookkeeping,...
- Several years of work experience in an accounting function is a plus
- Thorough knowledge of accounting rules (balance sheet, profit and loss account, VAT,...)
- Experience with the software Property V4 or Yardi is an advantage
- IT minded (implementation and use of management software)
- You are fluent in French, and you have a good level of verbal and written communication skills in English
