We are looking for a **SAP PM Expert **who will be part of the Maintenance and Reliability team and working with the SAP PM team in the IT department of ArcelorMittal Europe Long Products segment.

**The role**:

- She/He will be responsible to ensure the run and maintain activities linked to the ARMP (Asset Reliability Management Program) Template, including incidents management.
- She/He will be in charge of improvement activities linked to ARMP Template, meaning:

- understand and capture the business needs
- translate them into a clear SAP scope
- draw up a suitable solution according to ARMP constraints
- implement it into SAP according to our standards
- document the solution and related changes
- She/He will be fully engaged in the training of SAP Key-users
- She/He will participate to SOP (Standard Operation Procedure) writing and contribute to increase the sustainability of our processes
- She/He will actively seek contact with his peers from the ArcelorMittal group, taking part to benchmarking and global meetings.
- He/She will take ownership to the ARMP Template for ArcelorMittal Luxembourg
- He/She will assist the PM Domain Manager in some specific projects linked to ARMP out of Luxembourg perimeter.

**Your profile**
- You have a Master degree
- You are specialist of SAP PM module
- You have a strong experience with MRS, MM and WM SAP modules
- Any other SAP modules knowledge is an asset
- You are able to develop in ABAP
- You have a good understanding of Plant Maintenance processes and activities. A Business experience in the area is a plus.
- You are fascinated by the functional needs of the business (end users and management) and you easily recognize opportunities to bring real improvements.
- You like to learn and progress quickly, so you can build up the knowledge about different tools if necessary.
- You have project management experience, you can keep an overview, you deal well with deadlines.
- Team player, communicative and open in dealing with colleagues are just a few characteristics that describe you.
- You are fluent in French with advanced knowledge of English and have excellent communication skills.
- You are flexible enough to travel out of Luxembourg when necessary.
