**Main responsibilities and activities**
- Commercial Specialist with global overview of all different processes and flows
- be the leader of the projects (including sales digitalization projects)
- contact the partners (Sales Departments, Financial Departments, Plants, Logistics Departments, Marketing Department...) for a continuous improvement
- suggest and train the improvements
- SAP business process support on current and new projects (EDI, CRM, Offer Tool, Europe Master Data,...)
- link between business process and Long Europe SAP
- participate in business re-engineering projects to provide the SAP (SD Sales and Distribution, MM Material Management, FI Financial,...) know how
- SAP SD helpdesk and SAP support
- contact to all entities for SAP issues
- creation and follow-up on the IT tickets
- carry out tests
- supporting IT in problem resolution in SAP
- Key-Users tasks in the order management process
- maintain processes : non LU dispatch, routing, EDI mapping, price condition (including transport costs), shipping points, sales documents outputs,....
- improve and follow-up on the procedures process (order entry, subcontracting, shipment, invoicing (customer ans producer), credit/debit notes, returns,...)
- manage the interfaces between the local systems
- support the plant key-users of all plants (ES, LU, PL & RO)
- ensure monthly the monthly closing
- support Financial team
- support internal/external audit
- ...
- Provide SAP documentation
- identify user needs/understand business flows
- write user manuals for the flows

**Profile required**
- Education
- Bac +3 or equivalent experience,
- Interest for IT systems and logístical sales flows required
- Soft skills
- Leadership and team spirit,
- Autonomy, sense of responsibility and results oriented
- Stress resistant, quick reactivity requested.
- Technical skills

Minimum 3 years experience as SAP Key User or equivalent function
- Expertise in functional analysis
- Knowledge of SAP/4HANA and SAP modules SD, MM, FI.
- Other SAP modules PSI/Leverage/LSP/Magnet + familiarity with CRM/MES/Offer Tool/BI is an advantage
- Language proficiency:

- French and English mandatory
- Luxembourgish, German and other european languages are an advantage
