Missions:
Rattaché à la Banque Privée à Luxembourg et intégré à l’équipe Financing Advisory Groupe, le rôle du Financing Advisor est:

- Développer l’activité crédit et supporter les banquiers privés pour répondre aux besoins de financement de leurs relations d’affaires, en particulier pour les segments HNW et UHNW dans un contexte international ;
- Participer aux rendez-vous de prospection et rendez-vous clientèle, en appui aux banquiers privés, afin de leur apporter une assistance technique ;
- Rassembler et promouvoir les capacités de financement du Groupe Edmond de Rothschild pour offrir aux clients de la banque privée des solutions de financement pour tous les aspects de leur patrimoine ;
- Structurer des transactions de crédit complexes, sécuriser leur approbation par les instances internes et coordonner l'exécution, en étroite collaboration avec la filière crédit ;
- Produire des présentations et rédiger des _term sheets _pour des rendez-vous clients ou prospects proposant des solutions de financement sur mesure ;
- S'engager dans la recherche d'opportunités de financement et contribuer à fournir/augmenter les revenus de crédit pour la banque privée ;
- Participer à des groupes de travail et projets visant à améliorer l'offre de crédit de la banque privée ;
- Fournir un soutien et une formation aux banquiers privés en ce qui concerne les demandes de crédit, les processus de crédit et les informer sur les nouveaux produits ou les évolutions en matière de crédit.

Profil:

- Expérience très significative et réussie dans une fonction similaire ;
- Parfaite connaissance des techniques de crédit, de la réglementation y afférente et plus généralement des services de banque privée & gestion de patrimoine ;
- Solides capacités d'analyse, y compris la capacité d'analyser les structurations de clients privés et les bilans d’entreprises ;
- Fort esprit d’équipe associé à une grande autonomie, bonne organisation et goût pour les initiatives ;
- Dynamisme et excellent sens relationnel ;
- Parfaite maitrise du français et de l’anglais tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit ;
- Bonne maitrise des logiciels de présentations, d’analyses et rapports ;
- Rigueur, précision, endurance.
