Structured into specialized business units led by experienced managers, the company champions collaboration, excellence, and long-term professional growth. As a Senior Corporate Officer, reporting directly to the Head of the Business Unit, you will play a pivotal role in managing corporate operations while expanding your expertise within a dynamic, international environment.
Your Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on corporate, administrative, and legal matters relating to Luxembourg entities. You will build strong professional relationships with clients, banks, notaries, and public authorities to ensure the highest quality of service.
- Corporate Administration: Manage the daily administration of a portfolio of Luxembourg companies. This includes organizing board and shareholder meetings, drafting corporate documentation, and ensuring the seamless execution of all corporate governance obligations.
- Regulatory Compliance: Maintain and update statutory records (shareholders' registers, organizational charts, UBO documentation). You will also monitor legal procedures related to investment structures, holding companies, and client assets to guarantee strict compliance with Luxembourg regulations.
- Corporate Transactions: Coordinate corporate restructuring projects, including incorporations, mergers, and liquidations. Ensure Annual General Meetings (AGMs) are organized within statutory deadlines and all required filings are executed accurately and punctually.
- Operational Coordination: Drive the continuous improvement of internal corporate processes. You will efficiently handle urgent and sensitive matters, monitor outstanding invoices, and communicate with clients regarding payment follow-ups to enhance overall operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
Your Profile
- Experience: Approximately 5 years of experience in a similar corporate services role, ideally within a Luxembourg fiduciary, trust company, or corporate services provider.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of Luxembourg corporate law and fiduciary regulations.
- Languages: Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken) is required. French or any additional language is considered a strong asset.
- Organization: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to effectively prioritize multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Mindset: A proactive, motivated, and solution-oriented approach, coupled with a genuine interest in process optimization and continuous professional development.
