**Your future responsibilities**:
- Collect, prepare, scan, index and archive multi-channel documents;
- Prepare documents for machine learning based processes;
- Process internal customer’s requests according to priority;
- Prepare legal filings based on companies’ decisions, ensuring that the law is respected, interface between the Administration and internal staff expectations;
- Ensure timely and proper filing of Corporate Tax and VAT returns;
- Communication with internal teams for gathering information, analysing requests ensuring internal processes are respected.
**Your Profile**:
What we’ll look for on your CV:
- You are currently enrolled In an Educational Institution and you will be able to provide an Internship agreement for the duration for your traineeship;
- Good oral and written communication skills;
- You have a good understanding in French and English;
- Administrative skills including MS Office, documents processing and archiving are well appreciated;
- You are well organised, methodical and pay attention to detail;
- You have a strong team spirit and understand priorities as a team;
- You are both rigorous and flexible.
