Our client is a globally recognised service provider and is now seeking a fund administrator to deliver a first-class administrative service to a varied portfolio of clients in its Luxembourg office.

You will have 1 to 2 years relevant industry experience preferably as a legal officer, paralegal, company secretary or in a similar role. You will hold a degree or similar relevant professional qualification. A general understanding of the Luxembourg Company Law and regulatory requirements. A general understanding of AML and KYC requirements. Some experience in preparation of board minutes and resolutions. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Proficiency in English language, both written and spoken. Good working knowledge of French language desirable. You will have efficient organisation of conflicting and demanding deadlines with the ability to communicate effectively and manage own projects.
