Follow up on deliverables with internal and external parties
- Prepare documents to support internal decision making, testing or training material
- Develop and execute an internal communications plan with support material
- Perform testing (creation and execution of test cases), change management documentation and otherwise support the deployment of the
- technology and hand over to production support
- Ensure all material is stored on the Organisation’s SharePoint environment for audit purposes
- Other division related tasks as applicable such as organising and running meetings, developing
- agendas, preparing minutes, following up on open actions, identifying risk and issues with
- appropriate mitigating actions.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience
- Minimum 8 years of IT experience
- Minimum 5 years of direct experience with similar and relevant It projects
- Software development experience with VBA and MS Office Macros (Access and Excel)
- Food understannding od a modern IT architecture, desirable experience in Java
- Project Management Skills: Ability to manage umultiple tasks under competing deadlines and shifting priorities
- Customer oriented change menagement communication skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in providing report and other communications at a senior management level
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to document clear and complete business requirements
- Excellent written and spoken English
