**Your role**
- Do you know how to keep an eye out for and avoid risk? Are you skilled at assessing processes and making improvements?
- We’re looking for a team leader for the Operational Risk & Oversight team within the Operating Office to:
- manage a team of 3 experienced employees
- ensuring oversight of services performed by Client Support Organization (Front support and Operational services) out of Luxembourg and Poland as offshore location
- identify, evaluate and mitigate risks
- proactively formulating holistic solutions and new ways of working to improve monitoring of risks
- prepare and follow-up on management escalations due to operational errors with financial impact
- challenge status quo, understand and review KPIs; develop key metrics to evaluate and mitigate risk
- provide transparent risk reporting to management and other internal units
- ensure escalations are properly dealt with, propose mitigation actions and ensure proper follow-up.

**Your team**
- You’ll be working in the Operating Office in Luxembourg. We provide different set of services to ensure that the Operating Head performs effectively whilst keeping alignment with our strategic priorities. Our team is composed of a great variety of skills and personalities and is mandated to cope with a large variety of tasks. In this particular role, you will be leading the Oversight & Risk team which focuses on Client Support Organization, including offshored activities.

**Your expertise**
- min 8 years experience with general risk management, including control frameworks within the finance sector and/or Operations
- experience as a team leader is a strong asset
- clear communication skills with great interpersonal skills
- strong understanding of the financial industry and of banking operational services
- analytic thinker with the ability to provide practical solutions
- reliable when working independently, with sound judgment for when to escalate issues
- fluent in English; French, German or Polish would be considered as additional asset.
