Our client, an international leader in manufacturing is looking for an Office Manager to support the teams.

- Assist and support the Director(s) in all tasks.
- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
- Coordinate your work with other assistants for a perfect follow-up and organization of the executive board.
- Attend meetings, write minutes and follow up on management's action plan.
- Facilitate internal communication
- Organize business trips, Produce reports, presentations and briefs.
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
- You have an experience of at least 2 years in a similar position
- You have experience acquired in agenda management
- You will be needed outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- You are rigorous, flexible, and organized, with a perfect command of the MS Office package
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English & French.
