Key Responsibilities
:
- Lead and facilitate requirements gathering workshops with business stakeholders
- Analyze, structure and document functional and non-functional requirements
- Perform process mapping using BPMN and identify optimization opportunities
- Translate business needs into clear user stories with acceptance criteria
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with Product Owners
- Ensure alignment between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Support testing phases (UAT preparation, clarification, validation)
- Coordinate stakeholders and ensure effective communication across streams
- Contribute to continuous improvement of analysis and delivery practices Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in complex environments
- Strong expertise in:
- Requirements gathering
- Process modeling (BPMN mandatory)
- Writing user stories (Agile environment)
- Backlog management
- Stakeholder coordination
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong documentation and structuring capabilities
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities Language Requirements:
- Fluent in French (mandatory)
- Fluent in English (mandatory)
- Luxembourgish or German is considered an asset Personal Attributes:

- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Structured, rigorous, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work autonomously while fostering collaboration Languages English French
