- Invoice preparation in the Cargo Revenue Accounting module of the iCargo system for shipments of specific origins & types assigned to be under the position holder’s responsibility.
- Verify accuracy of the data in the Cargo Revenue Accounting.
- Coordinate with departments upstream (e.g. sales, operations, revenue management, IT) and downstream (accounting, billing/collection) to adjust data if needed to allow correct invoicing.
- Control issuance of adjustments (Credit/Debit Notes) of AWB's already invoiced when required.
- Ensuring timely invoicing to respect established deadlines such as monthly revenue close and IATA platform submission calendars.
- Notifying line management of actual or potential revenue leakage issues.
- Participate and contribute towards projects on ad hoc basis.
- Participate and contribute to prepare/update internal process documentations. Essential Requirements
- Degree in Finance/Logistics/Management or similar
- Attention to details and meticulous attitude
- Feeling comfortable to work in a team as well as autonomously
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Analyzing, processing and understanding information
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under time pressure
- Strong IT skills, especially with MS Excel
- Experience in air cargo or logistics industry will be considered as an advantage
- Fluency in English Working Conditions
- Full-time position based in Luxembourg
- A Certificate of Good Conduct (Casierjudiciaire, PolizeilichesFührungszeugnis) will be required in case of positive selection.
