**_Quality Controller (M/F/x)_**
**_Main duties:_**
- Perform quality inspections and checks (finished products, services, returned products from flights,) and maintain records of the results
- Analyze the inflight reports and investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues
- Contribute to the improvement of existing processes related to products and services quality through the analysis of collected data, observation of flows, processes, working methods, regulations and documentation
- Work closely with other departments, to ensure that the processes and the required standards of quality are understood, respected and integrated transversally into the organization
- Provide administrative support to the Compliance and Quality Coordinator, such as documenting processes, preparing reports, scheduling meetings, and coordinating administrative tasks related to quality process analysis
**_Required profile:_**
**_Minimum required criteria:_**
- Be holder of a bachelor degree (Bac + 2) or equivalent
- Have a proven experience in the area of activity
- Solid understanding of product and quality principles
- Be structured, self-disciplined and have a good analytical mind
- Excellent communication skills and a good team spirit
- Excellent skills in English (spoken and written) and in either German or French.
- Be outspoken, factual and clear in resolution of issues
- Be open to give active feedback to internal and external departments with the aim to improve overall quality
**_ Desired or to be acquired criteria:_**
- Have strong attention to detail and the ability to work as part of a team to resolve problems and improve processes
- Refer to the training table
- Knowledge of French, Luxemburgish, German or any other language is considered as asset
