Our client, a worldwide securities company, is currently searching to recruit, for its Luxembourg-based wholly owned-subsidiary, the following profile:
**Supervisor Bank Accounting (M/F)**

**Mission**:
**Responsibilities**:
**Supervise and validate tasks performed by Senior Bank Accounting officers**
- Supervise internal & group daily reports (Tokyo reporting, Foreign exchange, ), validate the analysis of differences performed by Senior Bank Accounting officers, and ensure that reports are sent by Senior Bank Accounting officers to third party within the deadline
- Supervise the regulatory daily reports (Balance of Payment, regulators such as CSSF-LCB), validate the analysis of differences performed by Senior Bank Accounting officers, and ensure that reports are sent by Senior bank Accounting officers to third party within the deadline
- Ensure the smooth information-sharing with the others departments (e.g. : stress testing datas, ICAAP datas,)

**Manage production of monthly/quarterly/Annual reports and other specific requested documents related to the bank accounting activity**
- Review 1st assessment of monthly result performed by Senior Bank Accounting officers (e.g. Flash result, provision for general expenses, provision receivable, )
- Review and validate the monthly analysis performed by Senior Bank Accounting officers (e.g. evolution geas, evolution commissions )
- Prepare the monthly internal reports to be submitted to the Management Committee of the Bank (e.g. internal reports, monthly brochure )
- Prepare the COREP - Liquidity & Large exposure regulatory reporting to be submitted to the authorities (CSSF & BCL) and ensure the proper sending to the related institutions
- Prepare specific requested documents by the Management Committee or done for regulatory reasons (e.g. concentration risk, ) and submit them for validation to the related manager
- Prepare specific reports requested by regulatory institutions based on circulars (e.g. AGDL, Provision survey,) and submit them for validation to the related manager
- Handle incoming regulatory related requests and questions from the regulatory institutions or auditors, ensure follow-up and relate with the external IT-provider for the regulatory software

**Assist the Head of Bank Accounting in the smooth operation of the department**
- Support and coach Senior Bank Accounting officers in their daily job and ensure the fair distribution of tasks among them
- Perform the daily tasks of the Senior Bank Accounting officers if necessary

**Profile**:
**Profile**
- Degree educated in Accounting or Finance
- 7 to 10 years of relevant working experience in a similar role
- Proven knowledge of regulations (CSSF, BCL, )
- Fluency in English and French
- Proven IT Skills with knowledge of Excel, Olympic, Plexus, etc
- Strong organizational skills
- Pro-active attitude
- Demonstrate motivation, attention to detail
