**Scope of work**:

- Find and recruit the best talents to staff our teams in Luxembourg, Paris, London and Ottawa (and wherever the adventure will lead us)
- Build and cultivate talent pipelines for hiring needs, partnering with the Hiring Managers, being ready to work on different kinds of roles and seniority
- Continuously improve our recruiting process

**Profile**:

- 3+ years of experience in full life-cycle recruiting, preferably in-house
- Thorough sourcing and recruiting skills, and the capacity to build an internal and external network
- Experience working with job boards, ATS and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Stack Overflow and any other relevant tools
- Excellent prioritization and time-management skills
- Good communication and commitment to continuous improvement
- Experience in high-growth companies, preferably in tech
- Comfortable with changing priorities and dealing with ambiguity (yes, we are human)
- Fluency in English, French is a plus
- A drive to close open positions and a pride to have found and hired the best talent

- Having worked in a start-up like environment, is a major plus
- Experience hiring globally, in different contexts and legal environments
