Working with an international and successful asset manager, you will join a team of 5 experts dedicated to the calculation and review of rebates for their institutional clients. This opportunity will offer you the autonomy and consideration of your expertise while offering you the possibility to build a strong relationship with your global counterparties. Your will act as a key expert and be consulted by the front office and other departments of the group.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Manage the daily subscription & redemption process for our Luxembourg, France and UK range of funds.
- Ensure controls about alignment of transactions, AUM/Flows (for Professional clients, Private clients, mandates and off distribution perimeters).
- Map granular flows received from distributors & platforms with our clients - interact with the sales managers to troubleshoot flows reallocation.
- Run the process of quarterly retrocessions and payments.
- Actively participate to the fund event oversight activities with the Asset Manager’s providers (TA and centralising agent).
- Maintain regular relationships with the key distributors on all aspect related to rebate payments and distributor and investor data.

**Your Profile**


- A university degree in finance or economics completed with a first successful experience in the calculation of rebates of minimum 3 years - with an asset manager or centralising agent.
- Able to navigate through data sets and query data sources - the knowledge of SQL would be a great asset.
- Team player, proactive with a solution-driven mindset and the ability to challenge the status quo.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, able to communicate with counterparties based in various countries.
- Fluent in English, a good knowledge of French will be required.
