Bachelor's, Master's or MBA degree

- Ability to comfortably and confidently present and influence all levels within the organisation, and to work with both technical and non-technical teams.

This is a one year fixed term contract.

We are seeking a talented, experienced and customer obsessed Senior Procurement Manager who acts as Global Process Owner, being the single point of accountability for an end to end S2P process across functional silos, geographic and business unit boundaries, drives standardization and transformation, determines how to fulfill customer requirements, and ensures that the end-to-end process delivers on its goals of business process optimization.

At the core of the position is defining, standardizing and optimizing end-to-end global Source to Pay processes within the Global Procurement Organization, developing and establishing best in class standards and practices through continuous improvement and innovation, delivering the best customer experience.

This position involves regular communication with senior management on progress, risks and change control. Ability to steer extended cross-discipline virtual teams as well as project management and executive presentation skills are essential.

Key job responsibilities
- Lead end to end Source to Pay processes: from identifying the key business challenges, defining procurement policies, designing the right processes and methods
- Maintain and continuously improve Source to Pay processes performance, to deliver the desired strategic outputs and business objectives
- Identify key business challenges to be solved through digitalization and contribute to overall GPO digitalization strategy and roadmap
- Engage business stakeholders and key partners (such as Innovation, Tech teams) to dive into existing processes and define the future state of Source to Pay value chain
- Lead change management and adoption of the new processes across the procurement function and business stakeholders
- Regular communication with senior management on progress, risks and change control

- Green Belt or Black Belt Lean Six Sigma Certification.
- Extremely customer-focused, taking the time to understand the needs of the business.
- Strong analytical skills including the ability to quickly synthesize, distil and draw conclusions on large amounts of data.
- Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects requiring frequent communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
