Senior Securitization Accountant

**Senior Accountant - Responsibilities**
- Manage the accounting for securitization structures (e.g., SPVs), ensuring accurate reconciliations and reporting.
- Oversee asset-backed securities accounting, including interest calculations, principal payments, and reconciliations.
- Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, adhering to regulatory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with LuxGAAP and international accounting standards when preparing financial reports for securitization vehicles.
- Handle end-to-end securitization accounting, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions and financial statements.
- Collaborate closely with auditors, addressing queries and supporting the audit process.
- Support the implementation of new securitization structures and provide continuous accounting assistance.

**Senior Accountant - Your Profile**:

- Possess 3 to 10 years of experience in securitization accounting, ideally gained within a service provider or management company.
- Fluent in German, both written and spoken, which is a key requirement for the role.
- Demonstrated expertise in LuxGAAP, with a solid understanding of IFRS.
- Hands-on experience managing securitization transactions, including reconciliations, reporting, and the preparation of financial statements.
- Excellent communication skills, enabling seamless collaboration with clients and internal teams, as well as effective problem-solving.
- Proactive mindset, with a willingness to take initiative and a desire for continuous learning and professional growth.
