SustainCERT helps quantify and report on the social and environmental impacts from a wide range of climate actions. Our role is to provide robust evidence of progress towards our collective sustainability goals and ensure climate pledges bring real, meaningful impact on the ground.

**Your role**:
As a Senior Climate Programme Manager you will play a key role in the Value Change Initiative (VCI). This collective of some of the world’s largest companies, leading civil society actors and internationally recognized frameworks brings together best-practices for Scope 3 emission reductions and removals at scale.
In this position you will support in the coordination of the VCI activities, manage day-to-day engagement with the members and some of the partner organizations, facilitate discussions and VCI events, support content development efforts based on both events and member engagement.
**You have these claims to fame**:
- Master’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., environmental science, soil sciences, ecology, economy, sustainable development) and 10+ years of professional experience;
- Expert knowledge in GHG accounting, corporate climate-related reporting and/or carbon markets;
- Strong project management, communication, writing, storytelling skills to facilitate processes and help achieve the desired outcomes;
- Ability to develop content based on discussions and relevant research;
- Robust command of resources to produce and deliver presentations, previous experience in consulting (technical, strategy, etc) is desired;
- Knowledge of stakeholders in Carbon accounting standards, transport sector, apparel sector or agricultural sector is a plus;
