Working for Batmaid is about changing the cleaning industry and fighting the black market on as many fronts as possible. As a leading Swiss cleaning company, our aim is to convey the brand identity and high-quality cleaning services with professional and trusted cleaning agents in Switzerland and throughout Europe where we have expanded our activities.

For this reason, we are looking for a Business Development Assistant to be based at our office in Luxembourg. You will handle every aspect of our company (HR, Business Development, Customer Experience, and Marketing) on the Luxembourg market. You will do so by carrying out your daily missions, strengthening and expanding the presence of the brand throughout the territory.

Tasks

**Your Missions**:
External Recruitment
- Hiring and onboarding of qualified of cleaning agents
- Agent retention and management during lifecycle within the company

Customer Experience
- Supporting customers in their daily requests and needs
- Managing and proposing the best solution that suits their requests and needs
- Responsible for ensuring the excellence of our day-to-day operations
- Customer retention and satisfaction during the client lifecycle within the company.

B2B
- Supporting the HQ B2B team in their prospects
- Ensuring proper management of requests from potential new customers
- Understand client needs and propose a tailor-made offer based on their requirements.
- Organizing the service and monitoring B2B customer satisfaction

**Requirements**:
**Your Weapons**:

- Ambitious and autonomous and willing to learn and surpass oneself.
- Quick learner and entrepreneurial spirit.
- English and French fluent is a must, Luxembourgish and/or German is a plus
- Willing to be challenged and go the extra mile
- Proactive, creative, self-motivated, and out of the box thinking
- Excellent communication and telephone etiquette skills
- Good command of the Microsoft Office pack (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
