**Corporate Lawyer (M/F) - CDI**
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Monitor all legal and regulatory changes impacting the Group and investment funds.
- Assist with drafting and implementing regulatory documents.
- Review legal documentation, such as fund offering documentation, circular resolutions, notices to shareholders, service provider agreements and cross-border market notifications and work with internal and external stakeholders accordingly.
- Monitor and report compliance with CSSF regulatory requirements and internal legal policies and procedures.
- Prepare, review, and negotiate (with external counsel input where necessary) intragroup agreements and other contracts relating to day-to-day activity of the Group.
- Assist with the corporate secretarial work of the Group’s companies and provide legal advice to their governing bodies and client services teams.
- Coordinate a team of corporate-secretarial officers.
- Provide legal support to Group and Fund’s boards and committees.
**TECHNICAL SKILLS**
- Law degree with a minimum of 7 years’ experience in a legal position, working as in-house lawyer, in a legal firm or in a financial institution.
- Strong knowledge of corporate law.
- Understanding of Luxembourg investment fund structures and regulations, with relevant experience in investment funds, will be an advantage.
- Proficient in English (written and oral). Professional use of other languages, particularly Spanish and French, will be highly considered.
- Good knowledge in Microsoft office, mostly Outlook, Word and Excel.
