**Education Product Manager Europe**:

**Your tasks will include**:

- Driving Customer Training products vision into delivered products and solutions across European organization.
- Support the Head of Academy Europe, ICT and European Academy Managers by collecting and transmitting requirements, user stories, documentation, facilitating UAT, etc., for a major platform implementation.
- Aligning the European Academy organization around the vision and throughout the implementation of new educational strategies.
- Implement the policies defining the guidelines for new product sales, implementation, and pricing.
- Continuously define and monitor European Academies KPI’s around CX feedback, performance, and quality, to identify and implement recommendations.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the existing portfolio and conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for European FANUC Academy portfolio development.
- Ability to map learning outcomes to product and customer lifecycle.
- Be able to travel internationally to establish direct relations and provide on-site support, as well as to participate in planning efforts of the European Academies.

**Qualifications**

**Your profile**:

- University degree in a relevant area (minimum Bachelor’s degree).
- Experience in a similar role in the professional services environment
- Strong knowledge of training business and experience in commercializing training products
- Experience managing a Product Backlog (prioritizing and negotiating, clarifying requirements, defining MVPs, developing roadmaps).
- Experience in LMS, product development or process management understanding would be an asset.
- Exceptional facilitation, presentation, and listening skills.
- Be able to work independently, have practical thinking, a proactive attitude and respectful interaction within the team.
- Experience in change management and change implementation
- Excellent communication skills
- Open minded and willingness to learn
- Fluent in English, any other language is seen as an asset
