**Your tasks will include**:

- Analyze sales data and do a forecast analysis of needed Spare parts for each Subsidiaries
- Ensure sufficient stock for all local offices in Europe
- Optimize inventory within Europe
- Analyze excess stock and take action
- Plan, release and follow Purchase orders
- Develop and implement systems for accurately managing inventory
- Support each Subsidiaries to maintain agreed inventory level
- Solve issues which arise on daily basis
- Create reporting and dashboard to analyses and control inventory

**Qualifications**
- Degree in Economics, Business or Engineering
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in inventory management or Demand planning/forecasting role
- Manufacturing environment, preferably within a multinational group
- Well-structured and with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Shows the ability to solve complex problems individually and quickly
- Strong knowledge of excel, SQL is a strong asset
- Open minded, customer-centric and strong business orientation
- Outstanding communication skills are essential in both written and spoken English, another European language is an asset
- Calm attitude and stress resistant
- Highly motivated with the ability to work autonomously and in team
- SAP S4/HANA knowledge is an asset
