Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple concurrent design projects, including both planned and ad-hoc requests
- Coordinate and supervise external designers, strategically assigning tasks based on their specialized skills
- Create visual content for print (books, advertisements, sales documents, posters)
- Design digital media (social media content, newsletters, presentations, invitations)
- Handle photo/video shooting and editing
- Balance workloads while maintaining quality standards and meeting deadlines
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and unexpected projects
- Maintaining the Group branding consistent across communications channels and brands Qualifications and Skills
- 3-5 years’ experience in graphic design with project coordination responsibilities
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Lightroom) and Figma
- Knowledge of Premier Pro and generative AI tools is a plus
- Fluency in French and English ; additional languages are beneficial
- Strong multitasking capabilities and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Collaborative team player who can accept and integrate feedback
- Creative problem-solver who thrives in a dynamic environment
- Ability to assess external designers' specialized strengths and allocate projects accordingly for optimal results and cost efficiency
- Experience managing competing priorities while maintaining high-quality outputs
- Familiar and interest in AI tools.
