**Job Description**:

- manage billing corrections/ memos/ bonuses and cash discounts.
- be responsible for the transactions following the current Standard Operating Procedures in place and guaranteeing the SOX compliance,
- ** manage Customer claims in time and quality.**:

- develop and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external Customers
- ** undertake Customer Credit handling and administration**:

- escalate complex cases on time through the organization.
- ** identify potential critical claims linked to repetitive Customer problems and High Credited Amount risks.**:

- maintain appropriate documentation and reporting to enable and monitor key performance metrics and improve the Claim Handling Process.
- ensure availability of all information/data necessary for proper investigation/treatment
- follow the Claim Handling process defined including the SOX matrix.
- ensure a quality claim file documentation

**Qualifications**:

- 2-3 year experience in a similar role will be considered an advantage
- Fluency in English and French. Knowledge of any other language will be considered as an advantage.
- Team focus and flexibility,
- Possibility to work in synergy with the material claim department to be able to help during peaks
- Experience in Customer Relationship Management is a plus
- Experience in Lean / 6 Sigma is a plus (Green belt/ Black belt).
- Strong communication skills and an ability to work cross-functionally.

Additional Information

The role is based in our site of Rodange in Luxembourg and it's a 12 month contract
