**Corporate Compliance**
- Participate in developing the corporate compliance framework, including but not limited to Code of Conduct, compliance policies & guidelines.
- Participate in the development of the company policies repository and work with the various stakeholders for the policy management process.
- Manage the Compliance e-learning courses as well as the relationship with the provider.
- Provide ad-hoc support.

**Export Control / Trade Compliance**
- Contribute to screening processes of transactions and business partners, involving our subsidiaries and mother company in Japan.
- Apply, maintain, and report on special internal procedures.
- Manage Export licenses.
- Support subsidiaries and mother company in Japan with Export Controls inquiries.
- Participate in the enhancement of our compliance program.

**Qualifications**

**Your profile**:

- Understanding of operational business processes.
- Ability to identify and assess relevant issues
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Attention to details.
- Highly motivated with the ability to work autonomously.
- Fluent in English (oral and written), any other European language is seen as an asset.
- University degree in compliance, business administration, or any related field.
- Customer-centric and strong business orientation.
- Proficiency in MS office.
- Previous experience working in a European / international environment.
- Team worker with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Multinational/cultural open-minded.
- Driving license required.
