TASK
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support daily payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance across all departmental processes;
- Perform salary calculations, controls and continuous review or drafting of payroll-related procedures;
- Conduct complex analyses related to compensation, benefits and payroll matters;
- Develop, analyse and maintain departmental statistical reports;
- Contribute to the implementation of different aspects of internal job architecture and related reporting;
- Support salary benchmarking activities to maintain a competitive compensation framework. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION:
- 3-5 years experience in a similar position (payroll domain);
- University degree in Accounting, Finance or any other related field;
- Autonomy, flexibility, rigorous and analysing spirit;
- Ability to deal sensitively with confidential material;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including advanced Excel capabilities including VBA;
- Good knowledge of SAP (HR, Payroll, Time management);
- Fluency in written and spoken English; any other language is an advantage. WORKING
CONDITIONS:
- Full-time position based in Luxembourg;
- Regular office hours;
- A Certificate of good conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) will be required in case of positive selection.
