**Regulatory & Banking Governance Consultant**:
What You’ll Do
- Support the Organization Department of a major banking client in updating and reviewing regulatory documents and internal policies
- Analyze and optimize banking processes in line with best practices and regulatory requirements
- Provide advisory services on regulatory, procedural, and governance matters to internal stakeholders
- Review and enhance organizational structures, governance models, and committees
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and documentation for internal use and senior management
- Contribute to the implementation of internal control systems and compliance strategies
️ Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of banking processes, compliance frameworks, and regulatory standards
- Experience with internal control systems and corporate governance models
- Ability to manage and update regulatory documentation with accuracy and compliance focus
- Familiarity with international banking standards and regulatory requirements
- Understanding of governance structures, including organizational charts and committee frameworks

- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
- Effective communicator with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Comfortable navigating complex, dynamic environments
- Capable of juggling multiple priorities with precision and clarity
Who We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the banking sector, ideally in regulatory roles
- Previous experience in regulatory consulting is a strong plus
- Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken); French is a plus
- Full availability for on-site work in Luxembourg (no remote option)
