Nous recrutons actuellement un Support Technician pour rejoindre une prestigieuse institution européenne au Luxembourg.

Vos missions

Vous répondez aux appels entrants

Vous analysez les incidents, les demandes et les problèmes

Vous suivez les incidents et maintenez les données à jour (Service Desk Manager)

Vous parvenez à faire remonter les incidents à des groupes de soutien dédiés

Vous effectuez un suivi des incidents jusqu'à leur résolution complète

Vous suggérez des améliorations concernant la gestion des incidents

Vous êtes en charge de la surveillance des systèmes critiques

Vous fournissez un support applicatif (Windows, Office, etc...)

Vous installez des images système Windows

Vous créez des utilisateurs dans le dépannage d'Active Directory

Votre profile

Vous avez au moins 1 ans d'expérience professionnelle dans ce domaine

Vous parlez et écrivez couramment Français

Vous avez un niveau B2 minimum en Anglais

Vous êtes certifié ITIL (la certification peut être obtenue dans les 3 mois suivant la date de début)

Vous avez déjà été amené à utiliser Active Directory

Vous avez de bonnes compétences en Windows, MS Office, etc..

Vous avez la capacité d'intégration dans un environnement international/multiculturel

Vous avez de bonnes compétences en communication et un esprit d'équipe
