**Job Description**:
- Work directly with the Facility and Office Management teams
- Be responsible to maintain the facility archives and stocks
- Be able to move, adjust furniture and workstations when required.
- Have basic painting, drilling, cutting and distance measuring skills
- Perform regular office tour to ensure compliance with work environment
- Identify facilities related issues and propose ideas, cost effective solutions
- Keep contact and follow-up with different suppliers
- Create reports of works performed and to be performed
- Credit card management and ability to report all expenses to finance
- Electrical installation and wiring background
- Knowledge on how to read electrical plans, engineer’s sketches and specifications to determine design factors
- Perform maintenance, repair works and new installations on research and industrial equipment with direct supervision
- Follow all company safety rules and regulations and use protective equipment
- Install and if requested remove various types of wiring, cable, conduit, switches, fixtures, and power circuits safely in our facilities
- Perform cable pulls through conduit and tray
- Any other tasks assigned by direct line manager or management
**Qualifications**:
- Relevant, minimum 3 years professional experience
- Ability to work with or without supervision
- Driving license
- Good computer skills (Google, Outlook, Excel)
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Electricity certificate or proven experience
- Very good verbal and written command of English
- Hungarian knowledge is a plus to have
- French knowledge is considered as an advantage
