At LeasePlan you will be part of a professional, flexible, dynamic and enthusiastic team. Missions - Ensure all data is is promptly and accurately entered the system - Ensure that all necessary data is recorded within the system - Update any changes to the data that may arise - Follow up professionally and accurately on the different orders, bookings or reservations - Ensure that all necessary information is included in the ad hoc files - Investigate and resolve customer queries - Process adjustments - Oversee and direct daily company administrative processes and procedures to and assist Rental / OD Manager in daily tasks and duties - Ensure company policies align with and advance business objectives - Strategically map-out, plan, and manage projects - Analyze and maintain operational data - Communicate with external and internal counterparts to confirm execution of company processes - Ensure compliance with best business practices throughout organization - Implement improved operational measures and policies that promotes efficiency - Contribute to innovation - Track and maintain databases and programs as per the evolution of the different processes - Maintain positive client and vendor relationship Your Profile - You are customer satisfaction oriented - You are rigorous and diligent - You are a team player with a positive attitude - You have experience in a customer service role and with Client Relationship Systems (CRM) - You possess good verbal and written communication skills in English, French - German is a strong advantage - You are highly skilled in time-management - You are an active listener and communicative person - You work efficiently and you are not bored by administrative tasks - You have an interest in the automotive world - You think along with the prospect/customer and the internal working methods (out-of-the-box thinking) - You are committed to your work - You work accurately and are stress-resistant - You are driven by a problem solving attitude - Your excellent ability to work in a team and your strong "hands-on" mentality complete your profile - A full valid driving licence with 12 months’ experience We propose: - A contract in a company specialized in fleet management and mobility - A stimulating working environment in a young and dynamic atmosphere where it is important to give and receive feedback as well as share ideas, opinions and suggestions Do not hesitate to call Arantxa Miralles, HRBP, +352 621 281267 Why LeasePlan?
