**Mitarbeiter Network Service Center & Customer Service (m/w/d)**

**Ihr Aufgabengebiet**:
- Kommunikation mit Kunden und Schenker-Niederlassungen.
- Registrierung der Sendungen im STAR-Programm.
- Sendungsverfolgung und proaktives Vorgehen bei Problemen und Information des Kunden.
- Ratenvereinbarung mit Kunden, Schenker-Niederlassungen und Transportunternehmen.
- Bearbeitung von Reklamationen.
- Organisation und Verfolgung von Sondertransporten.
- Optimierung von Prozessen, Kapazitäten und Kosten.
Diese Aufzählung ist nicht abschließend - es erwartet Sie also eine sehr abwechslungsreiche Aufgabe
**Ihr Profil**:
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Kauffrau/-mann für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung
- Berufserfahrung wünschenswert
- Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil
- Hohes Maß an Flexibilität und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung
- Durchsetzungsvermögen sowie Belastbarkeit
- Service-Gedanken aktiv leben und effektiv umsetzen
- Teamfähigkeit
