- Advise clients on all aspects of tax law, with a strong focus on fund structuring and cross-border investments.
- Handle a wide range of tax matters, including international tax planning.
- Draft and review complex legal and tax documentation while staying updated on relevant changes in the Luxembourg and international legal frameworks.
- Represent the firm’s clients before the tax authorities and contribute to high-value negotiations.
- Guide junior team members and contribute to their development, while also working closely with Partners. Participate in business development initiatives and contribute to publications or seminars where needed.

- You have at least 6 years of experience in tax law, ideally within a reputable law firm in Luxembourg.
- You are familiar with Luxembourg’s tax environment, particularly in the context of fund structuring and corporate taxation.
- You are fluent in both **English and German**, enabling smooth communication with clients and colleagues.
- You are admitted to the Bar and are comfortable working in a high-level legal environment.
- You are proactive, structured, and committed to providing top-tier service to your clients.
