Internship - Securities Referential Data (M/F)

**YOUR MISSIONS**

The Securities Referential Data team is the “Single Point Of Contact” (SPOC) between BIL teams and its data providers Cetrel Securities, Telekurs, Moody’s, etc. The team is responsible for managing and monitoring all activities related to the field of securities database and providing the best solutions in terms of deadlines, costs and quality.

The main missions are:

- To ensure the operational management of our securities data base and its supply flows
- Take charge of incident analysis and follow-up, as well as data quality monitoring
- Provide operational and project support to the bank's business and IT teams (analysis, testing, change management, etc.)
- To be the bank's privileged and unique point of contact with its suppliers
- Implement and document new operational procedures

**YOUR MAIN ACTIVITIES**
- Operational management :_
- Support and follow-up of requests from our internal customers and guarantee responses within the stipulated deadlines
- Follow-up of securities openings made by our external provider
- Entry of additional data useful to the BIL (SMF and GUI)
- Monitoring of the various supply flows (Incoming flows “Data providers”) and distribution (Outgoing flows “Internal customers”) of securities data
- Provide the various business and IT lines with support in terms of expertise and data analysis available in our securities database
- Participate in hotlines to ensure quality service
- Guaranteeing an optimal level of quality of the securities database
- Participate in reflections on continuous quality improvement
- Implementation of quality control via our Business Object tool and analysis of results
- Document new procedures related to the new mode of operation within the team, the bank, etc.
- Project management :_
- Assist the project managers of the Securities Referential Data team, by collaborating in the management of specific tasks or ad hoc analyses
