We are currently assisting our partner, a prestigious Holding Company, that is searching for a Legal Officer to join its multicultural teams.

Within a stable experienced team of around ten people in the department, you will be able to picture yourself in the future in this structure and not feel like just a number. You will become a key member of the organization and be able to participate to numerous projects.
As the Holding detains very numerous entities abroad, and invests primarily in Private Equity and Real Estate, you will be able to deepen your technical abilities as a result. Empowering your competencies on a daily basis means that you will build a strong professional path in this Holding.

Your Responsibilities | Holding - In House - Corporate - Legal - Corporate Legal Officer

Your day to day tasks will be made up of the management of your entities in autonomy, from the constitution to the liquidation, and drafting relevant legal documentation.

In your function, you will be asked to liaise with third parties such as Service Providers, Notaries, banks in order to coordinate exchanges and communications (bank account openings for instance).

Board meeting organization will be part of your missions as well as minute drafting.

You will take action in the preparation of transactional documentation, and will execute a review in order to make sure of the compliance of the records (KYC).

Profile and Career Path | Holding - In House - Corporate - Legal - Corporate Legal Officer

You have acquired a solid professional experience, at least three years of relevant experience, in a Luxembourg-based structure such as a Law Firm, ManCo, Fiduciary. You are familiar with Private Equity, Real Estate Funds and Infrastructure.

You have ideally obtained a higher degree in Law and have a thorough knowledge of the Luxembourgish legislations and regulations in place with regards to the financial place.

You are fluent in English and are willing to join a multicultural team and work environment thanks to your international curiosity and open mindedness.
