Pour notre département _Airline Security_** **au sein de **LuxairAirlines**, nous recherchons un(e):
**_Deputy Aviation Security Manager (M/F/x)_**
**_Missions :_**
- Garantir la sûreté du site en général et de l’activité aérienne en particulier en répondant aux obligations nationales, communautaires et internationales et être le back-up de l’Aviation Security Manager y inclus, en cas d’urgence assurer un service de permanence 24 / 7
- Encadrer le personnel sous la responsabilité du service Airline Security
- Etre la personne de référence vis-à-vis des autorités nationales / internationales et des tiers internes / externes en matière de sûreté de l’activité aérienne
- Effectuer la veille législative des publications / directives en matière de la sûreté aérienne
- Etre responsable des audits, inspections et tests de sûreté aux stations externes et internes selon les législations et procédures en vigueur et assurer le suivi ainsi que la clôture des non-conformités
- Selon les besoins du service et les requêtes individuelles procéder aux ajustements du planning à court, moyen et long terme et occasionnellement assurer le suivi des présences et des absences, contrôler, corriger et valider les pointages par rapport au plan de travail et selon les procédures en vigueur
- Assurer le cas échéant toutes les tâches administratives en relation avec le service
**_Profil requis:_**
**_Critères mínimaux requis pour le poste_**
- Posséder un diplôme de Bachelor (Bac + 2) ou équivalent
- Maîtriser parfaitement le luxembourgeois, l’anglais, le français et l’allemand (parlé & écrit)
- Disposer d’une expérience dans le domaine de la Sûreté Aérienne ainsi que dans celui d’encadrement et de gestion d’équipes
- Flexibilité horaire en cas d’urgence y compris déplacements à l’étranger selon les procédures en vigueur
- Maîtriser les outils bureautiques courants
- Maintenir la stricte confidentialité des données
**_ Critères souhaités ou à acquérir_**
- Recevoir les habilités de sécurité pour le Grand-Duché de Luxembourg et l’Union Européenne et la reconnaissance de la part de la Direction de l’Aviation Civile
- Capacités d’analyse de situations critiques
- Savoir gérer les situations d’urgence extrêmes à tous les niveaux
- Savoir gérer les priorités et avoir le sens de l’organisation tout en garantissant la confidentialité
- Réussir les formations exigées par la législation nationale et internationale dans le domaine de la sûreté y inclus les formations de mise à jour
- Avoir de bonnes compétences en leadership et de bonnes capacités rédactionnelles et relationnelles
- Etre orienté autorités et clients externes et autres services
- Esprit critique et constructif
- Outils Microsoft - Programmes spécifiques de LuxairGROUP - Système(s) de gestion du temps et des irrégularités
