**Main work**:
- Will receive all new requests from across the bank for new SRM, groups, services, reports,
in SmartIT.
- Will discuss the requirements with the requestor
- Will be the interface between requestor and BMC team
- Will support the requests through the development lifecycle
**Profile**:

- General business analyst
- BMC SmartIT (preferable) or other Ticketing tool
- ITIL
- Knowledge of SRM
- Communication
- Structured
- Excel
