Within ArcelorMittal Europe - Flat Products, we are looking for a Cyber Security Project Leader to join our teams in Luxembourg, LU or Dunkerque, FR.

**Mission**
- Assist the CISO and the security teams of the business unit in the delivery of the Cyber Security Program and the compliance duties

**Scope & Key Stakeholders**
- Production sites and support functions in the Flat Products BU (Belgium, France, Germany, Poland, Spain)
- IT and OT Security leads in local units
- Cyber Dense Center (Poland)
- Group CISO Team
- Global Assurance Team (Internal Audit)
- Infrastructure, Application and Process Automation departments

**Main responsibilities**
- Collaborate with all Flat Products units and ensure that the Cyber Security multi-year plan is adequately supported by an action plan in all the units
- Take the responsibility of one or several cyber security projects and in close collaboration with key stakeholders in local units ensure that action plans, project timeline, progress tracking and reporting are defined
- Examples of possible projects:

- Azure Security Control
- Active Directory Security / Deployment of Tier-model
- Vulnerability Management for network devices
- Deployment of NDR and EDR solutions
- Deployment of awareness training program
- Etc.
- Drive the response to internal audits and assure tracking and on-time remediation with stakeholders
- Contribute to Group CISO compliance reporting requests

**Other responsibilities**
- In the context of a TISAX certification process, contribute to the implementation of the ISMS, review / improve the related procedures accordingly
- Develop “Security by design” by defining the appropriate procedures and supporting tools for the integration of cyber security in projects
- Contribute to the Cyber Security communication (newsletters, dashboards, etc.)

**Minimum Applicant Attribute**
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience, preferably in Cyber Security domain (project management, architecture, consulting)
- Good knowledge in IS/IT and project management
- Good knowledge and strong interest in cyber Security (best-practices, standards, technology). An in-depth knowledge of one or several cyber security technologies would be appreciated
- Proven experience in the management of projects in multi sites, multi stakeholder’s environment
- Strong teamwork capabilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with business fluency in English, French is a plus.

**Other desired requirements**
- Knowledge in the security aspects of Active Directory, Azure, Cloud
- Knowledge in EDR/XDR. A successful contribution or management of the deployment of an EDR solution will be considered as a plus
- Knowledge in ISO 27001. Contribution to a successful certification will be considered as a bonus
