Our client, an international company based in Luxembourg, is looking for a Confirmed Accountant (Italian Speaker) for a 6-month assignment.

Your missions :

Manage daily accounting activities and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
Perform month-end and year-end closing activities and support statutory reporting requirements.
Reconcile accounts and monitor accounting transactions to ensure compliance with internal procedures.
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice processing, payments and follow-up.
Monitor cash flow and support treasury-related activities.
Prepare VAT returns and assist with tax compliance matters.
Contribute to financial reporting, budgeting and management reporting.
Support the continuous improvement of accounting processes and systems.

Your profile :

Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar accounting role within Luxembourg.
Good knowledge of Luxembourg accounting principles and VAT regulations.
Strong Excel skills and familiarity with accounting software.
Fluent Italian and English are mandatory; French is considered an asset.
Well-organized, proactive and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
