About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and highly collaborative Senior UI/UX Designer to join our Product team.
You will work side-by-side with our existing UI/UX Designer, and collaborate closely with Engineering, Customer Success and other teams across the business.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving complex problems and turning them into simple, intuitive product experiences. You will work on new features and existing product areas from initial problem definition through design and implementation, taking ownership while collaborating closely with
the people around you.
Simplicity is one of our core design principles . Our industry and customer workflows can be complex, but our product should not feel that way. We are looking for someone who naturally challenges complexity, explores different approaches and focuses on making things easier for our users.
What You'll Do
You will take ownership of design initiatives from discovery to delivery, working closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success and, where relevant, our customers. Depending on the problem, this could mean understanding a new business requirement, exploring different workflows, creating and
validating prototypes, developing high-fidelity designs, or refining an existing experience.
You won't hand designs over and move on. You'll collaborate with Front-end Engineering throughout implementation to ensure the final experience delivers on the design intent and maintains a high level of quality and consistency.
Along the way, you'll help evolve our Design System, contribute to our overall UX standards, and use AI and emerging tools pragmatically to accelerate research, exploration, design and delivery. You'll also have opportunities to present and demonstrate solutions to internal and external stakeholders, explaining not just what you've designed, but why.
You'll Probably Thrive in This Role If...
You enjoy taking a loosely defined problem and figuring out how to turn it into a clear, simple experience.
You're comfortable challenging assumptions, but equally comfortable having your own ideas challenged.
You care about the details and want to see what you design successfully implemented, rather than considering your work finished when the Figma file is handed over.
You're curious and enjoy learning. Our domain has its complexities, so we don't expect you to know everything when you join. We do expect you to be willing to dig into unfamiliar topics, ask questions and gradually build a deep understanding of our customers and their workflows.
We're less interested in ticking every box than in finding someone with the right combination of product thinking, design craft, curiosity and ownership. In particular, you'll bring:
- Strong UX/UI or Product Design experience, ideally within complex B2B, enterprise software, or workflow products.
- The ability to turn complex requirements and information-heavy workflows into simple, intuitive experiences, combining strong UX and interaction design with excellent attention to UI detail.
- A proactive and pragmatic mindset, with the confidence to navigate ambiguity, challenge assumptions, explore alternatives and keep initiatives moving forward.
- Strong Figma and Design System experience, including scalable components, reusable patterns and collaborative design practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to articulate design decisions, listen to different perspectives and present solutions effectively to internal and external audiences.
We expect AI and emerging technologies to be an integral part of how you work. You should be curious about new tools and ways of working, and use them actively to explore more ideas, iterate faster and deliver a high volume of high-quality work without compromising thoughtfulness or attention to detail.
What We Offer
