Manpower Permanent Placement is recruiting on behalf of one of its clients, an international financial institution, for a Middle Office Securities & Product Onboarding Officer ( M/F/X) . This newly created position offers the opportunity to play a key role in ensuring the quality, accuracy, and operational readiness of a wide range of financial instruments within a dynamic and international environment.

Your Responsibilities
Manage the onboarding and maintenance of financial instruments, including funds, bonds, equities, and structured products.
Review and analyze prospectuses, term sheets, KIDs, and other financial documentation.
Validate and maintain instrument static data (ISIN, issuer, currency, maturity, coupon, underlying assets, etc.).
Perform pricing controls and investigate pricing discrepancies or exceptions.
Monitor and validate Fund NAVs and coordinate corrective actions when required.
Follow corporate actions and specific lifecycle events affecting financial instruments.
Liaise with custodians, fund administrators, issuers, data providers, and internal stakeholders.
Support data quality initiatives, regulatory compliance requirements, and process improvement projects.
Your Profile
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Securities Operations, Middle Office, Product Onboarding, Fund Operations, or a similar environment.
Strong understanding of financial instruments, particularly investment funds and structured products.
Ability to analyze securities prospectuses, term sheets, and operational documentation.
Knowledge of instrument static data management, pricing controls, and NAV validation.
Previous experience within the fund industry, transfer agents, custodians, fund administrators, or distribution platforms is considered a strong asset.
Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
Fluent English is mandatory.
