Keyteo - Développeur Business Intellifence

Context :
As a BI Engineer, your mission will be to design, develop, test, and deploy Business Intelligence solutions, including Cognos , within an Agile/DevOps environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
·       Managing and delivering user stories from your team's backlog autonomously, ensuring full compliance with business requirements and standards related to performance, availability, security, and maintainability.
·       Actively participating in Agile ceremonies and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
·       Analysis and Design: Contribute to business requirements analysis and reporting solution design by leveraging your expertise in Business Intelligence technologies. Guide business stakeholders and Customer Journey Experts (CJEs) during requirement refinement and solution definition to ensure effective and sustainable reporting solutions.
·       Implementation and Testing: Design, develop, and configure reporting solutions, including paginated reports, burst reporting capabilities, and dashboards using Power BI and Cognos. Work with underlying databases and data models while applying BI best practices to deliver robust, scalable, and efficient solutions.
·       Ensure application lifecycle management and operational support.
·       Develop and execute automated tests, including unit, integration, functional, and non-functional testing.
·       Investigate and resolve incidents and production issues in collaboration with Operations Engineers and Group teams.
·       Monitor and support the lifecycle of applications within the reporting and data domain.
·       Continuously enhance your technical and functional expertise and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

Technical Skills
·       Hands-on experience with reporting platforms such as Cognos (paginated reports, burst reports, and dashboards) and/or Power BI.
·       Strong understanding of Data Warehousing concepts and dimensional modelling.
·       Proficiency in SQL.
·       Experience with Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server databases.
·       Good knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems.
·       Experience with ETL tools, particularly IBM DataStage.
·       Knowledge of Git, Azure DevOps, SAS, and Python.
·       Experience with report bursting and automated report distribution mechanisms would be considered an advantage.
 
Experience
·       Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
·       Minimum of 5 years of experience in Cognos development and/or Business Intelligence solutions delivery.
·       Experience and knowledge in the Depositary Banking domain would be considered a strong asset.
 
Languages
·       Professional proficiency in English is required.
·       French would be considered an advantage.
