Portfolios & Liquidity Operations Officer (M/F/D) .

Context

Integrated within the Operations Division, you will play a key role in executing cash flow operations, monitoring mandate accounts, and ensuring seamless administrative financial workflows across various business lines.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Cash Flow & Operations Management:

  • Process draw-downs, repayments, guarantee calls, and disbursement requests across various financial product lines (e.g., Private Equity funds).
  • Prepare accurate cash flow forecasts and perform regular cash position reconciliations with financial intermediaries.

Mandate & Account Administration:

  • Execute cash calls and repayments on behalf of mandators.
  • Monitor daily cash movements and manage bank and escrow accounts.
  • Perform account reconciliations and track financial flows to guarantee precise reporting.

Skills & Qualifications

Requirements & Background:

  • Education: University degree (preferably Master's level) in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in financial administration, mandate management, financial securities, or audit.
  • Languages: Full fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory; knowledge of additional EU languages is an asset.
