Manpower Permanent Placement recrute pour son client, une enseigne de renom, un(e) Business Controller GB/FR (H/F/X) - CDD d'un an.

  • Lieu : Wickrange

  • Statut : cdd 1 an (remplacement congé maternité et parental)

  • Pour un démarrage immédiat

En tant que Business Controller, vous serez un acteur clé dans le suivi et l'analyse des performances opérationnelles. Vous optimiserez les reportings existants et apporterez un appui précieux lors des réunions opérationnelles.

Vous accompagnerez le management dans toutes les analyses nécessaires à la prise de décision.

Vos missions principales :

  • Suivre et analyser les chiffres de vente, de marge et les coûts d'exploitation

  • Assurer le reporting des ventes auprès des autorités, de la société et des clients internes

  • Participer à la construction du budget et aux prévisions de résultats avec les équipes métiers et la Direction

  • Réaliser des analyses de rentabilité sur les opérations et projets d'investissement

  • Être le référent des données financières auprès du service commercial et des ressources humaines

  • Suivre les coûts et produire des analyses opérationnelles pertinentes

Votre profil :

  • Bac+5 idéalement en Finance ou une expérience significative dans un poste similaire

  • Français courant (C2) et anglais opérationnel (B2 minimum)

  • Excellente capacité d'analyse et de synthèse

  • Autonome, rigoureux(se), adaptable et résistant(e) au stress

  • Maîtrise avancée d'Excel et PowerPoint
