Pour notre département Duty Managers au sein de LuxairServices, nous recherchons un(e):

Duty Manager Passenger Assistance (m/f/x) - mission temporaire 6 mois

Missions :

  • Assurer la préparation des opérations et la planification journalière des ressources nécessaires à l'activité
  • Contrôler le respect du planning et enregistrer les changements de personnel selon les procédures en vigueur. Selon les besoins de l'opération et les requêtes individuelles procéder aux ajustements du planning à court terme
  • Transmettre l'information et les directives nécessaires aux équipes du Ground Handling pour le bon déroulement des opérations et suivre les statuts des vols afin d'anticiper toute éventualité
  • Etre l'interlocuteur privilégié avec les autres services ainsi qu'avec les représentants des compagnies tierces
  • Signaler toute irrégularité et établir le rapport quotidien de fin de tournée
  • Proposer des actions correctives afin d'améliorer la qualité du service
  • Etre en étroite collaboration avec le Manager Passenger Assistance afin de participer au développement et suivi des ressources. Coordonner les besoins spécifiques/individuels avec le département Formation
  • Gérer les irrégularités du réseau Luxair et LuxairTours au départ et à l'arrivée de toutes les stations desservies en collaboration avec l'OCC et coordonner les plans d'actions avec les équipes et prestataires concernés
  • Rapporter toute anomalie à la Direction du Ground Handling



Profil requis:

Critères minimaux requis pour le poste

  • Etre détenteur d'un diplôme de fin d'études secondaires au Luxembourg ou équivalent
  • Maîtriser l'anglais, le français et l'allemand (parlé & écrit)
  • Etre orienté clients, avoir une présentation soignée et respecter les procédures du port d'uniforme
  • Avoir une expérience confirmée de l'Assistance Passager ainsi que de l'encadrement d'équipes opérationnelles
  • Maintenir la stricte confidentialité des données
  • Travail sur tournées

Critères souhaités ou à acquérir

  • Avoir des notions en luxembourgeois
  • Etre précis, avoir le sens de l'organisation et des priorités et une grande résistance au stress
  • Savoir travailler de manière autonome et en équipe

Candidat idéal

  • Le luxembourgeois et toute autre langue sera considérée comme un atout majeur à ce poste
