You'll collaborate with a passionate, skilled group of professionals committed to providing innovative ideas and solutions.

As a pivotal member of the leadership team, you'll influence our growth strategy, talent management, and go-to-market initiatives. Your contributions will span career-making projects and collaborations with transformation leaders, who provide our clients with expert knowledge on industry processes and technologies.

We excel in guiding industry leaders though complex issues, with bespoke, scalable solutions from ideation to implementation. • Develop and utilize your alternative investment sector-specific knowledge
• Manage day to day interactions with executive clients and sponsors
• Collaborate with our client's key executives to translate their strategies into an effective target operating and technology model
• Support our client to design large programme business cases and transformation roadmaps
• Shape large program designs, business cases, and transformation roadmaps.
• Enhance our client's architecture capabilities and maturity.
• Facilitate collaboration and impactful change between business and IT.
• Contribute actively to our practice development by leading service initiatives and preparing commercial proposals.
• Be instrumental in the definition and the implementation of our strategy to grow our book of business in alternative investment operations and technology transformation advisory
• Actively contribute to our practice development through coaching and managing members of the team, lead new product/service initiatives, own continuous training, preparation of commercial proposals to our prospects & client, support internal and external promotion of our value proposition
• Lead by example and establish trust-based relationships
• Develop high-performing teams and establish confident relationships.
• Directly improve Deloitte and client's achievements by setting priorities and directions.

• At least 10 years of experience in business transformation within the financial services industry, ideally within Alternative Investments industry
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering.
• You have experience with leading software solutions used in the Alternative Investments
• Experience in managing intricate projects from inception to implementation. Exposure on agile methodologies and/or Project management certification (e.g. PMP, CAPM, Prince 2, CSM,…) would be considered an asset
• Throughout your career, you have successfully led whole or components of technology-driven business transformation from design to implementation
• You are willing to explore solutions and approaches, creative in designing solutions to address operational and technological challenges
• You have managed teams as engagement lead and as team lead
• Strong analytical skills, coupled with exceptional relationship management and teamwork skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client relationship management and effective teamwork across disciplines
• You communicate fluently and professionally in English. German and French skills are an advantage
