Alternatives Consultant/Senior Consultant

Our Advisory and Consulting team is a key player in the Alternative Investment Management industry, recognized locally and globally. We provide asset owners and asset servicers with advice on their strategy, operations, processes and digital technology. We deliver end-to-end solutions including the review of market positioning, business strategy, processes and controls, implementation of governance framework and efficiency optimization programs including the implementation of software packages for the alternatives investment industries.

2. Design and deliver tailored project outputs that address client needs, ensuring smooth coordination across workstreams and effective collaboration with internal and client stakeholders.

2. Advise clients on enhancing performance through organizational design, process optimization, control improvements, and technology transformation, while developing deep expertise across Private Equity, Real Estate, Private Debt, and Infrastructure to position Deloitte as a trusted advisor.

2. Lead and mentor junior consultants to ensure high-quality deliverables, structured execution, and professional growth, while leveraging digital tools and data-driven insights to strengthen project outcomes and decision-making.

2. Build long-term client relationships and contribute to Deloitte's business development efforts through proposal support, thought-leadership initiatives, and active participation in market eminence activities.

• Have a master degree in Finance, Management or IT/Engineering with a specialization in Finance.
• From 2 to 5 years of professional experience in the Financial Services sector (e.g., Banking, Investment Management, or Wealth Management). Experience in Alternative Investment fund management or consulting for these industries would be a strong asset.
• Demonstrate solid understanding of Alternative Investment operations, fund structures, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., AIFMD, CSSF circulars).
• Have proven experience in business or digital transformation projects, such as PMO management, business analysis, testing or technology implementation.
• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a pragmatic, results-driven mindset and the ability to manage complex assignments efficiently.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel. Exposure to data visualization tools or fund management platforms would be considered a plus.
• Excel in communication and presentation with fluency in English. French and German would be considered as an asset.
