Your Role
As Runner, you are the link between kitchen and dining room, ensuring a seamless flow of service.
You bring energy, speed, and precision to every service, supporting the team in delivering a smooth and elevated guest experience.
You are essential to the rhythm of the restaurant — organized, reliable, and always one step ahead.
The start date is scheduled for mid-October.
Responsibilities
o Ensure dishes are delivered promptly and accurately from kitchen to table
o Maintain excellent communication between the kitchen and service teams
o Assist servers during service by clearing and resetting tables efficiently
o Anticipate team needs and help maintain the overall flow of service
o Handle plates, glassware, and trays with care and professionalism
o Ensure the pass is organized and that orders are prioritized correctly
o Support with mise en place and end-of-service duties
o Maintain cleanliness and respect hygiene standards at all times
o Bring a positive, proactive attitude to every shift and support your teammates
What We're Looking For
o Experience in a similar role is a plus, but motivation and energy matter most
o Strong sense of teamwork, reliability, and attention to detail
o Fast, organized, and able to handle pressure during peak service
o Warm and professional demeanor, with a genuine hospitality mindset
o Curious about food and eager to learn from the service and kitchen teams
o Fluent in French or English; additional languages are a plus
o Familiarity with HACCP standards and clean working practices
