Your Role
As Restaurant Manager, you are the driving force behind daily operations and the guardian of both performance and atmosphere.
You lead with precision and empathy, ensuring excellence in service, financial control, and team management.
You embody our culture of care — for the team, for the guest, and for every detail that defines the Jane experience.
The start date is scheduled for mid-October.
Responsibilities
o Oversee all daily restaurant operations with efficiency and composure
o Manage purchasing, budgeting, and overall revenue development
o Analyze financial performance, monitor key ratios, and track GOP (Gross Operating Profit)
o Validate supplier invoices and ensure cost control and accuracy
o Lead HR processes: scheduling, absence tracking, onboarding, and performance follow-up
o Foster a cohesive, motivated team environment through guidance and clear communication
o Actively participate in service, maintaining high standards of guest experience
o Implement commercial strategies to increase visibility, sales, and overall profitability
o Ensure strict compliance with hygiene, food safety, and workplace safety standards
What We're Looking For
o Minimum 4 years' experience in a similar management position, ideally in a dynamic, high-end restaurant environment
o Degree or certification in hospitality management or business administration preferred
o Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to anticipate and adapt to operational needs
o Excellent communication, coaching, and team management abilities
o Analytical mindset with a solid understanding of budgets, ratios, and financial performance tracking
o Good command of digital tools (POS systems, inventory management, scheduling software)
o Deep understanding of hygiene and safety standards in food service
o Fluent in French and English; Luxembourgish or other languages are an advantage
